I need a motivating workout buddy. I workout at the Saint Cloud Gold's. I am trying to lose weight and lose my tummy. I really don't like to do the machines so I do the zumba classes, body pump, and ab attack. I am trying to meet friends but it is hard for me as I am shy. I really need someone to help me reach my goals. I am trying to diet. I am trying to do the weight watchers diet but I only get 22 points a day and it is really hard to stick to it cause I am hungry all the time. I need some advice and motivation.
