Hello, I'm a new member.
I should introduce myself, I'm Jose D. Hernandez and I've been a member at Gold's Gym in Altamonte Springs for a few months now. Basically I'm pretty much a beginner when it comes to exercise and I hope to lose weight and gain muscle while making new friends. My name is Shellane and I am the Group Exercise Director there at Altamonte. When during the weekday do you work out. As a beginner, I would definitely recommend taking BODYPUMP for your weight resistance workout. It's a 55 min class that uses the bar, plates and a WHOLE lot of you! It's offered several times during the week. I teach it Fridays at 9:30am if you would like to try it out. I look forward to meeting you.
