Fitness Martial Arts

Fitness Martial Arts is fast and fun work out utilizing all the aspects of Martial Arts. Punching, kicking, blocking, hitting the kicking dummy and focus pads. This is not your typical traditional Karate class, or is it aerobic kickboxing. This is Fitness Martial Arts where you have fun, get in shape, and learn Martial Arts Techniques. Come into the Altamonte club and try a class, you'll be back for more.
