      Lack of consistency

      Staying on top of my goals

      After 10 month unemployed, I find out I'm at the end of my unemployment benefits!!! Suddenly, I'm in a panick mode...it's almost the end of the month, how am I going to survive, to pay my rent, and what about my gym membership, my training!!! I burst in tears, pacing back and forth, trying to find a solution. I'm thinking, I have to cancel everything I can to survive, starting by my gym membership...

      Getting there...

      To recap the past 4 months, I have lost 10 lbs (2.5 lbs/week) and dropped my body fat from 35 to 31. I've been increasing my workout from 5 times a week to 10 times a week (twice a day). I'm running an hour in the morning, then in the afternon, I go to the gym for some weight lifting for 30 mn approximately, and 45 mn more of cardio (20 on eleptycal, 25 on stair masters...thoses kick ass!), then I...

      Since Andrea helped me to find a workout partner and introduced me to my actual trainer now, Sam, I have been very steady on my workouts and routine (not as much with my diet yet...baby steps), so I'm going 5 times a week to the gym for hard core training, lifting heavier each time.
