 I'm new to blogging so I thought I would start off with a simple introduction.  I'm Virginia and have been training with Golds since October 2009.  I think the single most important gift you can give yourself is the gift of health.   I was introduced to this life when I was interested in going in the Army and hired my first trainer to prepare for it.  Long story short, I didn't make military life the way for me, however I found my path.  I found my passion encouraging people to join me on my journey to a healthier lifestyle.  I love challenging people and watching them rise up to meet those challenges.
