I am officially a fitness consultant at the Altamonte Springs Golds Gym!!!

It is so nice to work to the place you picked as your sanctuary!

So, if you have friends or family members who would love to join our great gym, please let me know and I'll give your a free week pass to try it out. We have over 30 cardio classes to choose from, including the amazing and fun Zumba class (advertized on TV!!!). I particularly love bodycombat and body attack classes (combo of self-defense, judo, tai-chi). We have a great cardio theater (for the ones who loves hours of cardio), with a new movie each day! And let's not forget our fabulous juice bar with these delicious protein shakes/smoothies. We have right now 40% off on any pro shop clothing, so come take advantage of it!!!

Also, if your friends or family needs a workout partner, spread the word about this website!
