30 Days!!!

Alright, so I'm starting this blog to keep myself committed and focused on my goals! Your probably wondering what Title is all about.... 30 Days til what??? Well, in exactly 32 days (June 19th) I will be getting married!! I am actually pretty proud of myself for the weight I've lost so far. Since October, I've lost about 10 lbs. Since I've been doing so well, I've hit a little plataeu. I'm finding it alittle frustraing, and its becoming harder and harder to eat healthy EVERYDAY. Chicken, tuna, broccoli, eggs, oatmeal, almonds, blah blah blah is pretty much how I feel about all the food I'm supposed to be eating right now. So lately I've been sneaking some reeses pb eggs (yes still left over from easter) and a few hot dogs here and there..... TODAY IT STOPS!!! Because of this blog, I will be writing something everyday on my progress, workouts, feelings, complaints, and accomplishments to keep myself on track.
So as of today.....I'm doing great. Great attitude, eating right, taking my vitamins, and have a pilates reformer and cardio workout today, then tonight it's time to hit the weights. ![]()

Posted 10:50am May 18th, 2010Well, I had one successful day as far as my fitness goals are concerned. I did all my pilates and cardio during the day and finished up with my weight training last night. Ate exactly what was on my diet.
