Keep the Holiday weekend off of your hips!

This may be the last long "summer" weekend we have before fall (and hopefully cooler weather) so many of us are taking advantage by partying with friends and family. I myself will be at a family party in Kissimmee, but there are some things we have to keep in mind while we are enjoying the weekend. Whatever you do on the weekends comes back to bite you in the butt when it's over (or hips or stomach depending on your build). Alcolohic beverages are the biggest culprit behind unwanted weight gain, so tread these boozy waters carefully... Remember, dark liquor equals more sugar. Mixed drinks equal more calories and sugar. So stick with the light beer or the clear liquors with low cal mixers like soda water.
