What do the trainers do when they don't feel like it?

Even trainers dread working out sometimes. It's natural, they wouldn't call it work if everyone loved doing it all the time.
So what do those who are commited to being fit do when they aren't feeling like a workout?
Do it anyways!
It may not be the best workout you've ever had but at least get the gym lift some weights and do your cardio. If you don't you are telling yourself it is ok to quit and it will get easier and easier to not workout. If you do it anyways you are training your mind and body and building a good routine so it will get easier and easier to keep coming no matter what!
