Posted 7:55 am January 19th, 2010As a certified Les Mills Instructor, I can personally tell you that these programs work. A typical Les Mills class will help you establish the move, follow up to see if you are doing it correctly and lastly motivate you to "Bring It Home". To really see results, combine a couple of classes together like BODYPUMP and RPM or BODYATTACK and BODYFLOW together and you will see pounds fall off!
