Time Trial
This weekend I did my triathlon time trial with James. It was awesome, 1500m swim 25 mile bike and a 3 mile run. The race will be a 6 mile run. Swim felt awesome bike was really good and the run was very tough. But it was awesome, thanks to all James and Sandy's help!
