Beautiful Weather!!
Now that the weather is cooling down it's perfect for running outside. Change up your workout if your used to running on a treadmill and get out and enjoy the fresh air!! It will make the time go by alittle faster since you get to see different scenery. Every weekend as soon as I wake up, I take my dogs for a run and get my workout out of the way so i can enjoy the rest of the day! :)
